The person responsible for your personal data is Ricardo García Mulia, at the address above.
Only the data you send voluntarily is collected: your name, your email address and the content of your message, plus the subject and the kind of project if you choose to give them. The site language and the page you wrote from are stored as well, so you can be answered in your own language and it is clear which section you meant.
That data is used solely to reply to you and to organise the collaboration. It is never sold, rented or handed to third parties for commercial purposes, and never used for advertising.
Messages are stored in Supabase (servers in the United States) and email is sent through Resend. If you book a call, that booking and anything you type into it stay with Calendly: this site neither receives nor keeps them. Each of those services processes the data under its own terms, as a processor acting on our behalf.
To limit automated submissions, the contact form stores a value derived from your IP address through a one-way cryptographic function. That value cannot identify you or be turned back into your IP address.
Under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, you may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection, and withdraw your consent, by writing to ricardogarciamulia@gmail.com. Requests are answered within twenty working days at the latest.
Messages are kept for as long as the conversation or the project is alive, and are deleted at your request.
